The Europe Tour Sponsors Donations News Photos & Podcasts About Us Lou's Blog
1 woman, 10 countries and 3,000 miles on a motorbike around Europe
Why...?

In April 2007 after just turning 40, Lou Hartley was shocked to be diagnosed with breast cancer. Only three years earlier, her sister-in-law, Ali, was also diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 33. Both women have since had surgery and are having ongoing treatment. But it’s been a life-changing experience that’s set them on a journey to raise awareness of the disease and raise money for charity.
Can you help Lou go further and raise £40K?

Lou has raised almost £15K to date and hopes to raise more. She is currently looking for sponsorship of the trip and extra donations. If you or your company would like to offer your services or make a financial contribution to the trip, please contact Lou or Tristan at info@breastquest2008.co.uk or visit the donations page.

Lou sets off at 4pm on 19 July from Nottingham’s Market Square

Lou and Breast Quest’s professional photographer, Tristan Poyser, are setting off on a three-week tour of Europe by motorbike to raise money for charity. Give us your support! The trip will kick off in the Market Square, Nottingham on Saturday 19 July at 4pm. Lou and Tristan will be waved off by the Lord Mayor and accompanied by some 20 Nottingham Advanced Motorcyclists before they roar off to the ferry at Harwich. And they’ll be making a video documentary of the trip with blogs, photos and podcasts en route.

Thank you for visiting our website – we welcome all forms of sponsorship!
